Welcome to CoreNucleotide Database. The CoreNucleotide Database stores all nucleotide sequences other than EST, GSS, STS. It is maintained by Science Data Sharing Platform for Bioinformation (SDSPB for short) at SCBIT. The CoreNucleotide Database collects its data from either direct submit, or downloading of other central nucleotide repositories (such as GenBank, EMBL).
The CoreNucleotide Database accepts nucleotide sequences submitted by individual researchers, research institutes, large genome sequencing projects, and patent appliers. Any registered user can submit via web service or via FTP。
The CoreNucleotide Database provides the users with free data querying, online downloading services. The data could be queried by multiple fields such as accession number, citation, author namne, length etc, the search task can be accomplished by common search or advanced search. The CoreNucleotide Database permits the users to browsing and downloading the data in many formats.
The CoreNucleotide Database will release data periodically, in both fasta and Genbank formats. The users can access these data via FTP or by requesting DVD.
