| We develop an Integrated Transcription REgulation Platform (ITREP), which presents plentiful information of TFs and TFBSs. It is deserve to note that interaction pair message between TF and TFBS is contained in the platform as well. |
| Currently, three components are constructed for the platform: (1) TFServer, which is a service module for transcription factor; (2) TBServer, which is a service module for transcription factor binding site; (3) BIServer, which provides abundant binding information between TF and TFBS. In short, ITREP will serve as an important resource for the research community of transcription and offer strong support for regulatory network study. |
